UPCOMING – 4 HOURS – Online Course 23.04.2023 – High Hydration Online Course
We will work from 85%-120 % Hydration with several products, from Ciabatta over PAN DE CRISTAL, Barras and size BUERLI. I will show some never-before-seen techniques for preparing the loaves. We will prepar doughs with pure SOURDOUGH and also HYBRID. New creation of recipes to the products.
Course will be LIVE and also recorded for each Student. After payment you get a LINK INVITATION for the course. The course was organized via Zoom and held in English. However, questions also be asked in Italian, German, Spanish and Romanian.
