CP-BLACK ROCK SEEDS BREAD - NOW IN STORE
HISTORY BEHIND THIS BREAD:
The idea for this bread came up in 2016 in Panama when I worked in the SAQUELLA GROUP. The idea was a very dark bread with seeds, but not using charcoal or other ingredients for the color. The idea was to keep it natural. After creating the recipe not many people agreed with the first test bread, because the people in Panama are not used to these kind of heavy bread, also the ingredients was very expensive. The loaf would turn out for selling close to 20 $ in Panama what was to much. I think it is a really interested bread, which I do sometimes also with a small walnut amount inside which change the color also and give a good extra taste. The shelf life is very long and make this bread to a daily bread.
